ALPINISM: We are dealing with ascents whose technical difficulty is, indeed, low. They are the itineraries ranging from grade F to PD+: snow slopes up to 35°-40° and rocky sections up to grade II.
ROCK CLIMBING: These are routes suited even to beginners or to people with little experience.
The difficulties never exceed grade IV.
SKIING: It consists of itineraries accessible even to people with little or no off-piste skiing experience, but able to ski red/black slopes on-piste.
